Shipping policy

I want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. 
Please make sure to correctly enter your address including all relevant info such as abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or building numbers, and route info (if applicable). Once an order has been placed the delivery address cannot be changed. Everyday Avant-Garde does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or wrongly delivered shipments if the address info provided is entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.

Trust the process(ing).
You will receive emails with an order confirmation and tracking info once your order has been processed and shipped.
All orders are subject to processing time which is not included in the time it takes for a shipped delivery to reach its destination. Processing, shipping, and delivery times are separate and estimated in the timeline as follows:   
● Processing: Up to 3 business days
● Shipping: 3-4 business days
● Delivery: 1-2 weeks
I do my best to process and ship your orders promptly. Circumstances beyond my control (i.e. holidays, high volume orders, etc.) can sometimes cause a delay which is factored into the processing times shown above.

Shipping Rates

To thank our customers for their patience Everyday Avant-Garde provides FREE SHIPPING on all products! 

Good things come to those who wait. 

Online shopping actually can have a smaller carbon footprint than traditional retail shopping but only if you don't get rush delivery. Our customers value protecting the planet and therefore we ask that you have patience and allow 1-2 weeks for your items to be delivered. Most items arrive within 1 week from the time shipping is confirmed and due to high demand sometimes shipping can take a little longer.

Missing an order?
If your tracking information shows your order has not been delivered by the carrier after 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation please send an email to hello@everydayavantgarde.com within 7 days to file a claim. I will place a claim with the carrier on your behalf and order you a replacement item if the carrier confirms the order was not delivered. Claims may take up to 30 days to complete.
Everyday Avant-Garde is not responsible for packages which have been reported as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or credit cannot be issued for items the carrier confirms as being delivered. Please double check your address info before placing your order to ensure your delivery reaches the correct destination.
